Jolly Roger

Sećam se vrlo dobro dana kada sam otkrila Jolly Roger - sedela sam u restoranu Burrito i bacivši pogled preko puta videla sam da se otvorilo nešto novo. Posle večere sam svratila tamo na kratko piće i to što sam videla mi se veoma svidelo, tako da smo vrlo brzo moja najbolja drugarica i ja sa društvom posetile ovo mesto.

Lokacija ovog gastro paba je u atrijumu, kod Poštanske štedionice, malo ''zabačena'', za nečiji ukus, ali svakako lako za nalaženje. Kad je lepo vreme, radi i bašta, koja po vrelom danu pruža dobar hlad, tako da je u tim situacijama idealno što se nalaze baš ovde.

Enterijer je lepo osmišljen i zanimljiv - tipičan pabski ambijent sa električnim gitarama na zidovima, koji su negde od cigle, negde drveni, gusarskim motivima,  par tepiha na podu i binom na kojoj uvek nastupa neki bend. Ako na sve ovo dodam da imaju i točeni Paulaner, moje omiljeno pivo, možete da zaključite da mi se ovo mesto veoma svidelo, kako na prvi, tako i na drugi pogled.

Kako je ovo jedan od prvih gastro pabova u Beogradu, moram priznati da sam bila oduševljena idejom što se otvorilo mesto gde ću cirkati svoje omiljeno pivo, uz nastupe dobrih bendova, što ću moći nešto da prezalogajim kad mi Paulaner otvori apetit i što ne moram da idem kući u 1h ako mi se još ostaje, jer Jolly Roger vikendom radi do 4h. Svi preduslovi dobrog provoda su bili tu.

Taj prvi put kad smo otišle, drugarica i ja smo, naravno, večerale. Jelovnik je, takođe, u duhu paba - burgeri, krilca, salata, kao i ponuda doručka. Mi smo se odlučile za burgere, čiji je izbor solidan. Tada smo bile baš zadovoljne, jer je sve bilo preukusno, sveže, tek spremljeno i lepo servirano - burgeri posluženi sa pomfritom i kečapom i majonezom u odvojenim činijicama, kao i kolutićima luka, bili su ono što je te večeri savršeno išlo uz Paulaner. To veče smo otišle malo ranije, negde oko 23:15, bend još nije počeo da svira, ali znali smo da ćemo se vratiti, nakon ovako lepih utisaka.

Još nekoliko puta smo drugarica i ja ovde dolazile, nekad samo na piće i svirku, a još jednom i na večeru i nažalost, utisci tada nisu bili kao prvi put - dobile smo podgrejan pomfrit, kao i lepinju, što nas je, posle onako lepih utisaka zaista razočaralo. Da li je to praksa da se gostima daje podgrejano jelo ne znam, ali znam da je dovoljno i samo jednom da se desi pa da se stalnim gostima pokvari kompletan utisak.

Još jednu stvar koju moram da navedem kao manu je to što bend veoma kasno počinje sa svirkom. Bile smo na nastupu više različitih bendova i nijedan nije počeo da svira pre 23:30. Kad rezervišete kažu vam da dođete do 21h-22h, što nije problem, ali bend sve vreme ima probu i osećate se kao da ste došli na njihovu probu u studio, a ne u pab. Ima još gastro pabova po gradu i nigde te probe ne traju toliko dugo i nigde bend ne počinje tako kasno sa svirkom, a ti pabovi isto rade do nekih 3h-4h. Inače, same svirke su kvalitetne i bendovi znaju da naprave super atmosferu, što se samih svirki tiče, tu od mene imaju najvišu ocenu.

Ekipa je svih generacija, mada koliko sam ja primetila, uglavnom je 25+, što je bio još jedan od razloga što sam volela ovo mesto.

Za kraj ne znam šta bih rekla. Nadam se da će ispraviti greške koje sam navela, jer je konkurencija velika, sve je više gastro pabova sa dobrim svirkama. Kad se to desi, neće postojati nijedan razlog da ih ne posetim opet.

I remember very well the day I discovered Jolly Roger - I sat in the restaurant Burrito and glancing across the street, I saw that some new place opened. After dinner, I stopped there for a quick drink and I really liked what I saw, so, shortly after, my best friend and I visited this place with some friends.

This gastro pub is located in the atrium, near the Post Office Savings Bank, a little ''isolated'' to one's taste, but certainly easy to find. When the weather is nice, the garden is open, it provides a good shade, on a hot day, so in these situations, their location is ideal.

The interior is nicely designed and very interesting - a typical pub atmosphere with electric guitars hanged on the walls, there are walls made out of brick, but also some made out of wood, pirate motifs, a couple of carpets on the floor and a stage, where a band performs every night. And if I add the fact that they have draught Paulaner, my favorite beer, you can conclude that I like this place very much, both love at first sight, as well as the second.

As this is one of the first gastro pubs in Belgrade, I must admit that I was thrilled by the idea that there is a place where I can sip my favorite beer, enjoy some gigs of good bands, with the ability of having a snack when Paulaner whets my appetite and by the fact that if I want to stay longer, I don’t have to go home at 1AM, because Jolly Roger is opened ’till 4AM on weekends. All requirements for having a good time were checked.
  
The first time we visited, my friend and I had a dinner, of course. The menu is also in the spirit of the pub - burgers, chicken wings, salads and they also serve breakfast. We chose burgers, there is a solid choice of those. That time, we were very satisfied, because everything was delicious, freshly made and nicely served - burgers served with fries and ketchup and mayonnaise in separate little bowls, and with the onion rings, all that went well with the Paulaner. That evening we left the pub a little earlier, around 23:15, the band has not yet begun to play, but we knew we'd be back after such beautiful impressions.

My friend and I came here a few times more, sometimes just for a drink and the gig, and once more for dinner and unfortunately, that time the impressions were not like the first time - we got reheated fries and bun, which left us disapponted after that lovely first experience. Is it a standard to serve your customers a reheated dish, I don’t know, but I know that it is more than enough to happen only once to spoil the overall impression of regular guests.

Another thing I have to mention as a drawback- the gig starts very late. We were on a few gigs of different bands and none of them started playing before 23:30. When you call to make a reservation, they tell you to be there around 21-22h, which is not a problem, but around that time, the band is rehearsing and you feel like you've come to their rehearsal studio, not a pub. There are more gastro pubs in the city and in neither one these rehearsals last that long, nor the gigs starts so late, and those pubs are also open ’till 3-4AM. Anyway, the gigs are great and the bands know how to make a great atmosphere, so as far for the gigs themselves, I give them a highest rating.

The guests are of all ages, although as far as I noticed, mostly 25+, which was another reason why I loved this place.

I don’t know what more to say. I hope they will correct the mistakes that I mentioned, because their competition is strong, there is a lot more gastro pubs with good gigs nowdays. When this happens, there will be no reason not to visit again.

Mydan

Kada je žena u PMS-u nema ništa gore. Niti znam šta mi se jede, niti gde mi se ide. U moru restorana, ovog vikenda u naletu emocija biram staro mesto koje sam često obilazila sa drugaricom kada bismo imale pauzu između vežbi i predavanja na fakultetu. Dve reči - Senjak i Mydan!

Ušuškan na Senjaku u dvorišnoj kući, Mydan je prava oaza mira (naravno ako preskočite udarne termine, naročito vikendom, kada je prepuno). Proleće je pravo doba za obilazak ovog restorana, jer pored dobre klope možete da uživate i u bašti koja je ušuškana baš kako ja volim, daleko od buke saobraćaja. Unutrašnjost restorana je modernog dizajna, sa stolovima sa visokim i niskim sedenjem, pa ko šta voli (ili bolje rečeno gde ima slobodnog mesta). Ja sam iskreno veći fan visokog sedenja jer su mi ti stolovi nekako intimniji, ali ovog puta nisam imala sreće, te smo se smestile u sam centar restorana.

Meni ovog restorana je zaista raznovrstan. Salate, paste, pizze, jela od piletine, svinjetine, ćuretine, bifteci, apsolutno sve što vam padne na pamet možete da pronađete u meniju ovog restorana. Najviše mi se sviđa u njihovom meniju što su lepo sistematično odvojena jela po vrsti mesa, pa ne moram da lupam glavu gde se šta nalazi. Mi smo se ovog puta posle dužeg premišljanja odlučile za biftek (ja u sosu od višanja, a drugarica u sosu od bibera). A biftek ne bi bio biftek da se uz njega ne pije crveno vino, ovog puta to je bilo Život teče - Zvonko Bogdan. Što se tiče cena, ovaj restoran spada u zaista jeftina mesta, a to se najbolje vidi po cenama vina, gde čaša gore pomenutog košta 270 rsd. Cene hrane takođe su niže, naročito kada se uzme u obzir da većina gostiju ovde naručuje po pola porcije, jer su im porcije zaista ogromne!

Kada nam je ljubazni konobar doneo tanjire sa hranom, malo je reći da sam vizuelno bila prezadovoljna. Spoj boja na tanjiru je odlično bio uklopljen. A kada sam probala jelo, oduševljenje je bilo duplirano. Isto je bilo i sa mojom drugaricom. Biftek savršeno spremljen, prilozi preukusni, sos od bibera je bio neviđeno sjajan, kao i sos od višanja. Pravi užitak za nepca. Lep je osećaj kada se posle nekog dužeg vremena vratite restoranu koji ste ranije posećivali, i kada se apsolutno ništa nije promenilo. Pa čak ni cene! Hrana im je ostala na zavidnom nivou kao i pre par godina. Apsolutno fenomenalno!

Ovaj restoran voli pretežno mlađa populacija (pod tim mislim na 25-35 godina), kao i neke poznate ličnosti koje ovde često možete da sretnete. Za dobru atmosferu vikendom je zadužen DJ, mada ja lično volim ovde da dođem na ručak kada je mirnije. 

I za kraj, svaka vam čast što ste ostali svoji, i niste pokleknuli novim trendovima - minus size porcija i plus size cena, već obrnuto proporcionalno! Verovatno zato i opstajete u moru beogradskih restorana godinama! Gastro policija će nastaviti da bude vaš verni gost i dalje, jer ovakav biftek zaista odavno nismo imale priliku da jedemo.

There's nothing worse than a woman having PMS. Neither do I know what I want to eat, nor where do I want to go. This weekend, in the sea of restaurants, under the influence of emotions, I chose the old place I often visited with my friend, during our time off between practice and lectures at the university. Two words - Senjak and Mydan!

Tucked in in Senjak, in a residential house with a yard, Mydan is a true oasis of peace (of course if you skip prime time, especially on weekends, when it’s full). Spring is the best time for visiting this restaurant, because in addition to good food you can enjoy the garden, which is tucked in just the way I like, away from the traffic noise. The interior of the restaurant is modernly designed, tables with high and low-seating, so you choose according to your liking (or better said, wherever the free table is). Honestly, I prefer high seating because, to me, these tables seem somehow more intimate, but this time I was out of luck, so we got a table in the middle of the the restaurant.

The menu of this restaurant is truly diverse. Salads, pasta, pizzas, dishes with chicken, pork, turkey, steaks, absolutely everything that you can think of can be found in the menu of this restaurant. I especially like that, in their menu, the dishes are systematically separated by the type of the meat, so I don’t have to bang my head about where everything is. This time, after some longer thinking, we decided for a steak (for me the one in cherry sauce, and for my friend the one in pepper sauce). And because a steak wouldn’t be a good steak without drinking red wine along with it, this time we chose the wine Zivot tece - Zvonko Bogdan. As for the prices, this restaurant is one with lower prices, and you can see that by the prices of wine by a glass, where the above-mentioned one costs 270 RSD. Food prices are also lower, particularly when you take into consideration that most of the guests here order half of the portions, because the portions are really huge!

When the friendly waiter brought our food, it is an understatement to say that I was visually more than satisfied. Mix of colors on the plate was excellent. But when I tasted the dish, the delight was twice as big. The same thing happened to my friend. Steak perfectly cooked, tasty side dishes, pepper sauce was incredibly great, blueberry sauce as well. A real treat for the palate. It's a nice feeling when after a long time, you come back in the restaurant that you previously visited, and when you see that absolutely nothing has changed. Not even the prices! The food remained at a high level, as a few years ago. Absolutely awesome!

Younger population (by that I mean those between 25-35 years) likes this restaurant a bit more than the elders do, as well as some celebrities, that you can often meet in here. DJ's in charge for a good atmosphere on weekends, although I personally like to come here for lunch when it’s quieter.

And finally, I salute you for remaining true to yourself, and not succumbing to new trends - minus size portion and plus size price, but inversely proportional instead! That’s probably why you are surviving for years, in a sea of restaurants in Belgrade! Gastro police will continue to be your loyal guest, because we really didn’t have a chance to eat a steak like this for a long time.

Tanker

Ako redovno čitate naše tekstove, primetili ste da moja najbolja drugarica, drugi član Gastro policije malo, malo, pa potencira na svojoj opštini - Vračaru. U ovom postu sam odlučila da i ja malo pokažem svoj lokal-patriotizam.

Nije što oduvek živim tu, ali Novi Beograd zaista može da se pohvali odličnim restoranima/gastro barovima, naročito u poslednjih par godina. Tanker je jedan od njih, u vrhu liste.

Smešten na odličnoj lokaciji, u blizini Merkatora, opštine Novi Beograd, sa pogledom na crkvu Svetog Dimitrija, Tanker će vam odmah zapasti za oko svojom neodoljivom spoljašnjošću i elegancijom. Veliki naziv ovog restorana, koji uveče osvetljava ljubičasta pozadina, mešavina drveta i stakla, sa izuzetno lepom terasom, neće vas ostaviti ravnodušnim, koliko god da su ukusi različiti i navešće vas da makar provirite i osmotrite unutrašnjost ovog paba-restorana.

Kada uđete unutra, verujem da će utisci biti podjednako dobri. Restoran se sastoji od donjeg dela, sprata i terase. Donji deo je ''ozbiljnjiji'', deluje nekako poslovnije. Kožne garniture, visoko sedenje i šank su ono što dominira donjim delom i ukoliko više volite taj stil, idealno je da se ovde smestite, bilo da želite da popijete piće, kafu, ili biste se radije odlučili za obrok.

 Sprat je malo drugačijeg stila, uređen sa dosta ukusa. Tu se nalaze fotelje, drvene stolice bele boje sa drvenim stolovima (koji su i u donjem delu), sa gomilom zanimljivih detalja, kao što su slike na zidu, komoda, glava jelena na zidu, knjige i još mnogo detalja/ukrasa, koje ćete sigurno primetiti.

Leti bi zaista bila šteta da ne sednete na terasu koja je em mnogo lepa, em pruža lep pogled na ovaj deo Novog Beograda. Pletene udobne stolice, uz zelenilo i cveće, može da vas navede samo na to da se lepo smestite i odaberete nešto sa bogatog menija (kompletan meni sa cenama imate na njihovom sajtu).

 Više puta sam ovde jela, što je i logično, s obzirom da živim u blizini i svaki put sam bila prezadovoljna, što potvrđuje to što im se konstantno vraćam. Jela sam ranije ovde i njihova krilca i kobasice i cezar salatu, a ovaj put Gastro policija se odlučila za laganiji letnji obrok - tortilju wrap sa grilovanom piletinom, mocarelom i paradajzom (470 rsd). Pozitivni utisci ni ovaj put nisu izostali, porcije od po dve lepo spremljene tortilje, sa svežim sastojcima, poslužene sa pomfritom su nas i više nego zasitile, tako da je ovaj naizgled laganiji ''letnji'' obrok učinio da budem sita veći deo dana. Veliki izbor piva, vina i odličnih koktela, samo će vam pojačati zadovoljstvo. Moja lična preporuka je, kad su u pitanju kokteli, Mai Tai, koji sam pijuckala posle ručka.

Ekipa je uglavnom lokalna, i mlađi i stariji, zaista za svačiji ukus. Jedina zamerka koju imam je na uslugu, nekada, kao ovaj put, uslužiće vas preljubazan konobar koji će u svemu da vam izađe u susret, a nekad će vam zapasti totatno nezainteresovan, koga morate da dozivate više puta i kom ljubaznost nije jača strana i to će vam mnogi potvrditi, da se nisu baš proslavili po ljubaznosti osoblja. Nadam se da će im neko skrenuti pažnju na to, jer trenutno ih definitivno svrstavam u top 5 mesta na Novom Beogradu koje morate da posetite.

If you are a regular reader of our blog, you may have noticed that my best friend, the other member of the Gastro police, emphasizes her municipality – Vracar, from time to time. In this post, I decided to show some of my local patriotism.

Not to think that it’s because I have always been living here, but Novi Beograd can be really proud of excellent restaurants / gastro bars, especially in the last few years. Tanker is one of them, on the top of the list.

Situated in an excellent location, close to Mercator, Municipality Novi Beograd, overlooking the Church of St. Demetrius, Tanker will immediately catch your eye with its irresistible exterior and elegance. The big board with the name of this restaurant, illuminating purple in the evening, a mixture of wood and glass, with a very nice terrace, it won’t leave you indifferent, no matter what you prefer, it will make you take a peek and observe the interior of this pub-restaurant.

I believe that the impressions will be equally good once you enter inside. The restaurant consists of ground floor, upper floor and the terrace. The ground floor looks more '' serious '', somewhat businesslike. Leather furniture, high seating and a bar are what dominates the lower part, and if you prefer that style, it is ideal to sit here, whether you want to have a drink, coffee, or rather grab a bite.

Upper floor is a little different in style, tastly decorated. There are armchairs, white wooden chairs with wooden tables (the same as in ground floor), with a lot of interesting details, like photos on the wall, a dresser, a deer head on the wall, books and many more details / decorations that you will surely notice.

During summer, it would be a shame not to have a seat at the terrace, which is very nice and there is a beautiful view over this part of New Belgrade. Comfortable knitted chairs, greenery and flowers, all of that can only make you get comfortable and relaxed and proceed to choose something from their rich menu (you can find a complete menu with prices on their website).

I have eaten here many times, which is logical, given that I live nearby, and each time I was more than satisfied, which explains why I keep coming back. In the past, I've eaten chicken wings, sausages and Caesar salad, and this time the Gastro police opted for a light summer meal - a tortilla wrap with grilled chicken, mozzarella and tomato (470 RSD). The impressions were positive again, one portion consists of two beautifully prepared tortillas with fresh ingredients, served with fries, our stomachs were more than full, so this seemingly light ''summer'' meal made me full for a long time of the day. Great selection of beers, wines and delicious cocktails, it will only intensify the pleasure. When it comes to cocktails, my personal recommendation is Mai Tai, which I sipped after lunch.

The guests are mainly local, both younger and older, a place for everyone. The only criticism I have is the service, sometimes, as in this case, you’ll be served by a really polite waiter, who will meet your every demand, and sometimes by a waiter that is disinterested, whom you have to call many times and to whom hospitality is not a strong feature, many people will confirm that the kindness of the staff is not something this restaurant is famous for. I hope that someone will draw some attention to it, because at the moment, I definitely classify them under the top 5 restaurants in New Belgrade, that you must visit.

Tri šešira

Malo, malo, pa me neko upita - pa dobro, kad će više Gastro policija da opiše neki restoran iz Skadarlije? Znate kada? Kada zaista budem imala neki toliko radostan povod da ga proslavim! - bio bi moj odgovor. Jer Skadarlija nije za obične, usputne večere, ona je za specijalne prilike. I ima li boljeg povoda od tog što sam postala tetka? Nema! Pa, hajmo da proslavimo! Gde? Pa u Skadarliju, u Tri šešira!

Kada god vam neko dođe u posetu iz inostranstva, gde ćete ga odvesti prvo? Naravno, u čuvenu boemsku četvrt. Jer ovde se vraćate u neka prošla, bezbrižnija vremena. Moram da primetim da se dosta kafića (bezdušnih, kako ih ja zovem) pootvaralo na početku ulice, ali one najvrednije kafane i dalje opstaju, i jako mi je drago zbog toga. Tri šešira mi je jedan od najomiljenijih. Jer ovo je restoran gde će vas uvek, ama BAŠ UVEK dočekati sa osmehom na licu, i uvek će se potruditi da vam izađu u susret i pokušaju da nađu sto, iako nemate rezervisano (mada bih vam preporučila da ipak rezervišete, što je sigurno, sigurno je).

Dopada mi se kod Tri šešira što ama baš ni na jednom polju nije podlegao modernizaciji (neguju pravu srpsku tradiciju već 150 godina), te je njihova bašta prepuna cveća i stolova sa čuvenim bordo stolnjacima i belim nadstolnjacima. Ista takva je i unutrašnjost restorana sa starim drvenim čivilucima i slikama starog Beograda po zidovima.

Mi smo se smestile u baštu i bacile na proučavanje menija koji je prepun srpskih specijaliteta (meni u punom sastavu možete da pogledate na njihovoj stranici). Takođe imaju izuzetno bogatu vinsku kartu gde možete da naručite vino i na čašu i na flašu. Mi smo se ovog puta odlučile za Srpsku dasku za dvoje. Smatrale smo da je to najbolji odabir gde ćemo moći kompletno da ocenimo hranu restorana. Uz to smo naručile i korpicu njihovih mix hlepčića, jer kako ja volim da kažem - po hlebu se restoran poznaje. Moram da priznam dok ovo kuckam i razmatram koju sliku da okačim odmah mi se probudio apetit (kad se samo setim). Elem, nakon nekih pola sata stigla nam je daska koja je bila toliko ogromna da je bukvalno jedva stala na sto. Biftek, kobasice, ćevapčići, rolovana piletina, sve je bilo preukusno. Na dasci je takođe bila rolovana crvena paprika sa sirom koja je bila toliko dobra da mi je žao što je nije bilo u većoj količini!! Uz meso na dasci je poslužen i pečen krompir koji iskreno nije bio po mom ukusu, više bih volela da je bio malo začinjeniji i malo pečeniji, ali dobro, nema veze. Što se tiče hlepčića - savršeni! Korpica je dovoljna za jedno šestoro ljudi, tako da bi bilo dobro kad bi bilo i manje porcije tih hlepčića. Tu su bili štapići i lepinjice sa paprikama, belim lukom, maslinama.. I svaki je bio preukusan, topao i svež. Apsolutno sve pohvale za kuvara!

Da li je potrebno da napomenem da su za sjajnu atmosferu u restoranu bili zaduženi tamburaši? I da smo apsolutno uživale svim čulima u ovom savršenom putovanju u prošlost? Tako da ukoliko vas je ikada kopkalo kako bi to izgledalo kada biste imali mogućnost da na dva sata isprobate čari vremeplova, pravac u Tri šešira i putovanje može da počne!

From time to time, someone asks me - ok, when will Gastro police finally describe a restaurant from Skadarlija? You know when? When a special occasion comes up and we need to celebrate it! - that would be my answer. Because Skadarlija is not a place for ordinary, casual dinners, it’s the place for special occasions. And what better reason than me becoming an aunt? None! Well, let's celebrate! Where? Skadarlija of course, the restaurant Tri šešira!

Whenever someone comes to visit from abroad, where do you take him first? Of course, the famous bohemian quarter. Because this place brings up the memories of past and carefree times. I must say that a lot of cafes (soulless, as I call them) appeared at one end of the street, but the most valuable kafanas (Serbian taverns) still persist, and that makes me very glad.Tri šešira is one of my most favorite restaurants. Because this is a restaurant where you will always, absolutely always be welcomed with a smile, and they will always do their best and try to find you a table, even though you do not have a reservation (although I would recommend that you make one, better safe than sorry).

What I like about the restaurant Tri šešira is that they haven’t succumbed to modernization, by no means (they nurture real Serbian tradition for 150 years already), so that’s why their garden is full of flowers and on the tables there are famous maroon tablecloths and white table-runners. The interior of the restaurant is the same- old wooden coat racks and pictures of old Belgrade on the walls.

We chose a table in the garden and studied the menu which is full of Serbian specialties (you can find the complete menu on their website). They also have a very big wine list, where you can order wine both by the glass and by the bottle. This time we decided for Serbian platter for two. We considered that to be the best choice, where we would be able to fully evaluate this restaurant’s food. In addition, we ordered their mix of various type of bread that is served in a basket, because, as I like to say – you judge the restaurant by its bread. I have to admit that while I’m typing this and considering which photo to upload, it whetted my appetitte (when I only remember...). Anyway, after about half an hour, we received our platter (a cutting wooden board, actually) that was so big that it could barely fit on the table. Steak, sausages, kebabs, chicken rolls, everything was delicious. In the platter, there was also some rolled red pepper stuffed with cheese, that was so delicious that I was sad that there wasn’t more of it !! Baked potatoes were served along with the meat, which frankly weren’t to my taste, I'd rather like those a little spicier and baked a little more, but well, never mind. As for the bread - perfect! One basket is enough for one to six people, so it would be great if they had a smaller portion of these. A basket consists of bread sticks and buns with peppers, garlic, olives.. And each was delicious, warm and fresh. Absolute praise for the chef!

Is it even necessary to mention that tambura(a stringed folk instrument) players were responsible for the great atmosphere in the restaurant? And that we absolutely enjoyed with all of our senses in this perfect journey to the past? So if you ever wondered what it would look like if you had the opportunity to try out the wonders of time machine, for about two hours, go straight to the Tri šešira and your adventure can begin!
